This policy operates in harmony with Ezopew’s other core policies, and all totals presented and reimbursed are in USD.

1. Payment Methods We Accept

Credit / Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)

Please select the “Credit/Debit Card” option during checkout and input your data on our secured processing page. Your card is authorized for the charge immediately, and an order confirmation will follow shortly. For your protection, Ezopew never retains full card numbers or CVV codes. Transactions are handled by PCI DSS–compliant processors (such as Stripe) over SSL/TLS. Your issuing bank might necessitate verification via CVV, billing ZIP/Postcode, or the 3-D Secure/SCA protocol. Approved refunds are credited back to the initial card used.

PayPal

Select the PayPal option, log into your account, and complete the payment; you will be directed back to our site for confirmation. If PayPal uses a bank transfer/eCheck, the processing of your order for your wooden puzzle will only commence once PayPal signals that the funds have successfully cleared. Refunds processed via PayPal are returned to your PayPal balance or the funding source you originally used.

Large or High-Volume Orders

To mitigate the risk of fraud and ensure the safe delivery of multiple wooden logic games, Ezopew reserves the right to verify billing/shipping details or ask for a quick confirmation if the order value is unusually high, addresses do not match, or multiple, rapid purchases trigger an internal security flag. Orders will be placed on a brief hold only for the duration required to finalize this necessary verification.

2. Currency and Pricing (USD Only)

All transactions, encompassing initial charges and any subsequent refunds, are processed exclusively in U.S. Dollars (USD). If your debit card or PayPal account operates in an alternative currency (such as GBP, EUR, AUD, CAD, etc.), your bank or PayPal will convert the payment using their established exchange rate and may add foreign transaction fees. These specific rates and fees are governed by your provider, not by Ezopew.

3. Taxes, Duties, and Checkout Visibility

Any sales tax/VAT and relevant import duties or brokerage fees that Ezopew is legally required to collect will be itemized at checkout in USD. The management of duties/VAT is determined by the destination as outlined in our Shipping Policy.

In instances where the Shipping Policy specifies DDP/included charges, please do not pay the delivery driver—these costs are already covered within your checkout total (USD). Where local customs or authorities mandate collection upon delivery, this obligation will be stated clearly before you submit your payment.

All listed prices, promotional offers, and discount codes are applied at the point of checkout and cannot be adjusted retroactively once the order has been completed.

4. Unsupported Payment Methods

To maintain efficient and reliable transaction processing for our specialized products, Ezopew does not accept the following: direct bank transfers (wire transfers), checks, Cash on Delivery (COD), or cryptocurrency.

5. Authorizations, Charges, Refunds, and Disputes

Authorizations

Card issuers may display a pending hold on the funds; this typically clears within 3–7 business days (timing is dependent on the card issuer).

Charges

Your chosen payment method is charged once the order is confirmed for fulfillment and is prepared for its quality inspection and packing phase.

Refunds

Approved refunds are directed back to the original method of payment in USD; banks and PayPal independently control the speed at which the credited funds appear on your statement.

Declines / Duplicate Entries

If a payment is declined or a duplicate pending transaction appears, please follow the steps in Section 7 or contact Ezopew—failed pending transaction lines typically disappear from your statement automatically.

Chargebacks (Disputes)

If you notice a billing error, please contact Ezopew immediately so we can quickly resolve the issue. Initiating an immediate bank dispute (chargeback) can often complicate and slow down the resolution process.

6. Security and Compliance

Every checkout process utilizes SSL/TLS encryption to secure data from your browser to our systems. All payments are channeled through PCI DSS–compliant gateways. Ezopew strictly abstains from storing full card numbers and restricts access to payment data to trained personnel for the purposes of support and fraud prevention.
